Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day of payment clearing and usually arrive 1 to 3 business days later in the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico take longer. Full detail is on our Shipping Policy page.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship to US addresses only, including Puerto Rico.
Payment
Why can I not pay by card at checkout?
We bill by invoice, so no payment is taken on this website. You place the order first and we send the bill afterwards.
How do I pay my invoice?
After you place your order we email you an invoice, normally within 1 business day. That email contains the payment instructions and the amount due. Follow the instructions in the invoice and reply to that email if anything is unclear. Your order ships as soon as the payment reaches us.
Is my card information safe?
Card and bank details are never entered on wisetactical.com and are never stored by us, because the store takes no payment. See our Privacy Policy.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, for unused items in their original packaging. Start a return by messaging us with your order number, and we will send the return address and instructions. The detail is on our Refund and Returns Policy page.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. We pay the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Products and the law
Do you sell firearms or ammunition?
No. We sell accessories, parts and gear only. Nothing we sell needs a Federal Firearms License to buy.
Can you ship everything to my state?
Not always. Certain items may not be shipped to some states, magazine extensions and similar parts may be restricted in states such as California, Massachusetts and New York, and an order placed in California, shipped to California or placed by a California resident may need extra verification before it is released. Please check our State Restrictions page before ordering.
