Every order ships free within the United States. There is no minimum spend and no shipping charge added at checkout.
Delivery time
Most parcels arrive 1 to 3 business days after they leave our warehouse if you are in the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are still free, but delivery usually takes longer than 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting national holidays.
Processing and payment
We bill by invoice. After you place an order we email you an invoice with payment instructions, normally within 1 business day. Your order is packed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day of the payment clearing. Nothing ships before payment is received, so the delivery clock starts on the day your order ships, not the day you place it.
Tracking
You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. Tracking can take a few hours to show movement after the carrier scans it. If your tracking has not updated for 3 business days, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico. We do not ship outside the United States at this time. If an order is placed with an international delivery address we will cancel it, normally before any invoice is issued, and if you have already paid you receive a full refund.
Addresses and restricted items
Please double check your shipping address before you order. If you need to correct it, contact us before the parcel leaves and we will update it where we still can. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot reroute it.
Some items cannot be shipped to every state, and an order placed in California, shipped to California or placed by a California resident may need extra verification before it is released. Please read our State Restrictions page before ordering.
