What we collect

- Account details, if you choose to create an account.
- Messages you send us, so we can answer them and keep a record of the case.
- Basic usage data such as pages viewed, collected through cookies and website analytics.
- Identity and age verification records, only where a state law requires them for a particular item. See our State Restrictions page.
Why we use it
We use your information to process and ship your order, to send you the invoice and order emails, to answer support requests, to prevent fraud, to meet legal and tax obligations, and to understand how the store is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the store work, which means shipping carriers, our invoicing and payment provider, and our hosting, email and analytics providers, and only with the data they need to do that job. We also disclose information when the law requires it.
Payment information
No payment is taken on this website. After you place an order we email you an invoice with payment instructions, so card numbers and bank details are never entered on wisetactical.com and are never stored by us.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep your cart and session working and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store, including the cart and checkout, may stop working if you do. Browsers can also send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common industry standard for how a website should respond to that signal, so at present our site does not respond to it.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and business law requires. Verification records required by state law are kept for the period that law sets. Everything else is deleted when we no longer need it.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Send the request through our contact page and we will respond within 45 days. Marketing emails always carry an unsubscribe link.
Children
This store is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
